Because distinguishing authentic from counterfeit can be difficult, many customers are unaware that they are purchasing counterfeit products.
Authentic Aimtec products are available exclusively from authorized Aimtec distributors. The company maintains a global list of its franchised distributors online at www.aimtec.com/sales-partners.aspx . Aimtec's technical support and 2 year product warranty are provided solely for Aimtec products purchased from one of their authorized distributors.
The company cautions customers from purchasing products from any source other than those listed on its website and warns that products purchased from an unauthorized distributor will not be supported by the company warranty.
